Our Annual Wear It Pink Day helped to raise awareness about the importance of wellness checks and following healthy living guidelines. According to the Mayo Clinic, we can reduce our risks by avoiding alcohol, staying physically active, maintaining a healthy body weight, and refraining from smoking.

Bump! Set! Spike! Our Annual District Volleyball Tournament Did NOT Disappoint
Our Annual District Volleyball Tournament was a fantastic event! We were blown away by the talent and high quality competitions! Congratulations to the following WINNERS:

Superfans: James W. Rice
The Sevilla West team swooped in for an exciting third-place victory over the incredibly talented newcomers from Madrid. Tensions were high as the super-strong Simpson team faced returning champions, Catalina Ventura. Ultimately, those Tigers strutted out with the win -- their THIRD in a row!An event like this doesn’t happen without a little bit of teamwork and a whole lot of talent. The AESD Wellness Team is grateful to the following contributors:
