Registration Procedures

    A registration packet may be picked up in the front office to get the process started. Once the packet has been filled out, we will also need you to provide the following paperwork to complete the process. 

    Required Documents:

    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Immunization Record  
    3. Proof of Address (a current utility bill in your name - gas, water, or electric, or a mortgage/title, or lease agreement in your name) 
    4. Parent or Guardian Driver's License
    5. If you are registering after the school year has begun and were currently attending another school, the withdrawal form from the previous school will be required.
