ACT Committees Overview

In an effort to keep our staff, students, and community healthy and safe, ACT Committees have been formed. These committees consist of volunteers that support and guide the framework to create the plan to move Alhambra’s Culture forward.

Healthy Traffic Light (HTL)
Determining behaviors for each level of risk, including parent guidelines and responsibilities, campus visitors, health and front office guidelines, etc.
Human Resources COVID Response
Developing COVID-19 response protocols for staff and students for the 2020-2021 SY.
Distance Learning
To develop an online learning program for learning at home during the 2020-2021 SY.
2-1-2 In-person Learning Wednesdays
Determining the framework for how students learn from home on Wednesdays.
2-1-2 Teacher Wednesdays
Determining the framework for teacher support, professional development, and/or online teaching on Wednesdays.
2-1-2 Non-Teacher Employee Wednesdays
Determining a Wednesday schedule for various employee groups, including both school and district based employees, based on need.
Deep Cleaning Schools and Workplaces
Determine how Alhambra property and environments remain sanitized and clean for all stakeholders.
Parent Partnerships
Determine and build supports for students and families such as food, internet, and childcare during Learning Wednesdays.
District Communication
Develop an effective, district-wide communication plan for all stakeholders.
